Request for Catering Services

You are invited to submit one copy of a quote to provide catering services for the Annual General Assembly Meal on Thursday, November 2, 2017 for approximately 250 people.
The successful bidder would be responsible for fulfilling the following:
• Provide a proposed menu as part of your submission which should include:
o Plates, cutlery, cups and napkins
o Paper table cloths
o Staff to prepare and serve food
• Successful applicant would be responsible for using their own cooking equipment for preparation of the meal (and would have access to the kitchen and any equipment in the Multipurpose Centre)
• Successful applicant would be responsible for setting up tables and chairs and table clothes

Sealed proposal will be accepted until 11:00 AM Atlantic Time, Monday, October 30, 2017. Each proposal should be signed and submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed as follows:

The Sipekne’katik Band will not necessarily accept the lowest proposal received and it reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposal submitted.
Actual contract pricing will be subject to reaching agreeable terms and conditions with the successful proponent.
Sipekne’katik is not responsible for any and all expenses associated with proposal development.
