RE: WATER RESERVOIR TANK REPAIRS
Please be advised that as of April 2018 our community water storage tank has been under construction for replacement of the lining and walls.
We are happy to announce that the construction phase is complete and our tower is now ready to be tested. We will now be filling the tower 10ft a day until it is filled (Aprox. 10days) to inspect the tower for any leaks or expansions.
We ask that the community please be patient in this process. The water services will continue as usual, however there will be some decreased or low pressures as the tower is now filling with water and pressure in the distribution lines may be affected.
The tower is still not filled enough to have sufficient pressure to provide proper fire protection services, please continue to minimize any fire related activities within the community.
The water running through our distribution system is fully treated and is safe to drink and bathe and meets Health Canada’s Guidelines for Safe-drinking water.
If residents continue to have any concerns, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or the office at 758-3341 or my cellular at 758-0169.
