Landbased Teachings Workshop hosted by Sipekne’katik Mental Wellness & Addictions.

Friday, August 23rd, 2024 from 9:00am to 12:00pm at Sipekne’katik Health Centre. The workshop will take place outdoors weather permitting.

During this workshop you will be learning about various plants that can be grown, harvested, and utilized for your holistic health. Planting of Sweetgrass (for you to take home) will take place, be sure to wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
