August 31st is International Overdose Awareness Day - A day to raise awareness about overdoses, reduce the stigma of drug-related deaths, remember those who have suffered due to drug overdose, and spread the message that overdose is preventable.

On Friday, August 31st, 2024 Sipekne’katik Health Centre will host an Overdose Awareness Workshop. The workshop will take place at the Health Centre from 11:00am to 12:00pm. If you are interested in attending please contact Brendon MacDonald at 902-758-2226.
