Polling Notice

Notice is hereby given to the electors of the Sipekne'katik First Nation that a poll will be held to elect a chief and 12 councillors on Saturday, the 2nd day of November, 2024, from nine o'clock (9:00) a.m. until eight o'clock (8:00) p.m. at the following location(s): Sipekne’katik Multipurpose Centre, 185 Sesame Street, Indian Brook, Nova Scotia.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT AN ELECTOR CAN VOTE IN PERSON AT A POLLING PLACE ON THE DAY OF THE ELECTION IN LIEU OF VOTING BY MAIL-IN BALLOT.

The votes will be counted at the Multipurpose Centre at 8 a.m. on the 3rd day of November, 2024. The results will be declared immediately following the count.
