Sipekne’katik Health Centre - Call for Crisis Team Members

Sipekne’katik Health Centre is searching for 10 people who would be interested in joining their Crisis Support Team.

They are looking for individuals over the age of 16 that are confident, non-judgemental, critical thinking, problem-solvers who know how to be resourceful,  collaborative. In this role, team members must be able to make their own decisions but also work well within a team, and have knowledge of one's own cultural biases. Willingness and ability to use skills and techniques that better match the situation of the client in crisis, and are resilient, poise, and flexible. Confidentiality is a must and everyone will be required to sign an oath of confidentiality. Must be dependable.

Various training will be provided for everyone that is a part of the crisis team
